The anthology, featuring 43 contributors, is going to press next week. The volume includes stories, essays, memoirs, and poems. We're right on schedule with submissions, selections, proof corrections, book design, and editing. Special thanks go to the editors for their detail work and to the book designer who has spent countless hours on the project.
A CD sampler will be available at cost to contributors during the evening. Joining MaryAnn Easley will be featured poets John Gardiner, Martha Stothard, Rod Vickery, John Perry, Jim McCrillis, and Shayla Rosofsky.

- An award winning author and educator, MaryAnn has written a number of books for young people and adults. She is an independent publisher, facilitates writer's groups, presents school assemblies and workshops, is often booked as an inspirational speaker. She hosts literary salons, provides book launches, and teaches writing to children and adults. In addition, she's a peer coach, editor, and co-director of Self-TOT. Staff includes a number of editors, ghost writers, tutors, and certificated teachers who specialize in the writing process. A former magazine editor, MaryAnn has been published nationally and regionally, assists bloggers, and writes book proposals. She is recipient of the Greater San Diego Reading Association Award and received honorable mention in Writer's Digest Glimmer Train. One of her novels is a Junior Library Guild Selection.
